Tracking Your Exercise Results

Movement gives your members a full workout tracking experience, allowing them to log exactly what they did for every exercise, including the volume they hit and the load they were working at.

To track your results, exercises need to be included in workouts built with Movement's Workout Builder — this is what enables the set-by-set logging experience. Exercises delivered on standard pages don't include result tracking.

How to Log Results During a Workout

Members can log results at any point during a workout. Just tap the (+) button next to any exercise name to capture your results set by set.

Each set is logged with two fields:

- Performance metric: what you did (reps, time, distance, cals, etc.)

Performance metrics for an exercise are set by creators when building the workout in our workout builder.

- Intensity: how hard it was: (kg, lbs, RPE, pace, etc.)

Intensity metrics for an exercise are set by creators when building the workout in our workout builder.

Track Your Progress Over Time

Every time you log results in a workout, they are attributed to the corresponding exercise. This means you can:

📈 View your full exercise history
📊 Track improvements and progress over multiple workouts

By consistently logging your results, your members will have a clear record of their performance over time to help them stay motivated and reach their fitness goals. 🚀
