How to Log & View Your Workout Results

Capture Results Anytime

Members can log their results at any point during a workoutβ€”no need to wait until the end.

View the Workout Log

Tap the chart icon πŸ“Š in the top right corner of your screen to:
βœ”οΈ View your workout history
βœ”οΈ Make individual exercise updates by hitting 'Edit'

Log Individual Exercises

Want to track progress on a specific exercise? Tap the (+) button next to the exercise in a workout name to capture results one by one.

Track Your Progress Over Time

Every time you log results in a workout, they are attributed to the corresponding exercise. This means you can:
