We're thrilled to announce a powerful new feature that makes communication between members and teammates easier than ever before.
You can now assign messaging profiles to your teammates, enabling members to connect with them directly from the Messaging Center.
Here’s how it works:
In the Movement Admin, head over to your 'Account,' then navigate to the 'Teammates' tab. Click on the teammate you want to assign a messaging profile to.
Under the 'Messaging Profile' section, choose the specific app where you want your members to initiate direct conversations with this teammate. Click 'Save' to apply your settings.
Your members will now see a user-friendly 'Tap to start a chat' option at the top of the messaging centre. This intuitive feature replaces the previous 'Message AccountName' button. By tapping it, members can instantly send direct messages either to you (the account owner), or to any teammate with an assigned messaging profile.
