Not all of your members may know about progressive web apps (PWAs) or realize how easy it is to add your app to their home screen, just like a native app.
To help you make the download process super simple for your audience, we’ve put together some resources below.
Add instructions within your app with a page template
We've created customizable page templates with instructions to download your app on Android, iPhone and iPad. To add one of these pages to your app:
Go to the Create area of the admin
Click Create New
Click Explore Template Library
Search for the word 'download' in the search bar
Chose your preferred page template
Customize to suit your brand
As with all page templates in Movement, all elements on these download instruction page templates are completely customizable, and the colours and fonts will automatically match to your brand settings once added to your app.
These page templates also include images to accompany the instructions. You are welcome to keep the default images, however if you would like to customize the images with your own app icon, name and URL, you can use the Canva templates linked below:

Share instructions for downloading on social media
Creating instructional posts for social media is another great way to ensure your customers know how to download your app. You can use this Canva template that we've created to show just how easy it is.
Educate your community about PWAs
There are so many benefits to PWAs—for both you and your members—so why not let people know! If you're looking to share information about PWAs, why you chose to build a web app, or your decision to not be on the app stores, you can find the information we've gathered on our dedicated PWA page.
