We are able to get your app listed on the App Stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) on the Business plan when paid monthly or annually.
The App Store approval process varies but Apple typically takes 1-3 weeks to approve the app and Google is typically quicker. We have more information on the setup and application process in our App Store Setup Guide and Play Store Setup Guide.
If you wanted to see examples of clients we've gotten onto the app stores, there are a few here:

It's worth noting that virtually all of our most successful customers use a Progressive Web APP (PWA) and do not have native apps.
In terms of native apps vs web apps, we highly recommend having a read of our article on The Benefits of Progressive Web Apps? (also summarised on Instagram here)
We strongly believe in the technology and feel that the PWA experience can essentially mirror the experience of a native app without having to deal with all the headaches of the app stores/commission fees (15-30% of your sales in Apple's case), tedious review process , submission rejections, public reviews on the App Store etc.
Many of our large customers who initially thought they wanted a native app ended up launching and have since had so much success with their PWA, have seen no need in launching to the app stores.
We might recommend that you do an initial launch with the web app and if you find there is a lot of push back or feedback from users then you could invest in a native app.
Once a user has the PWA downloaded to their home screen, they will not know the difference.
