The Filter Content Blocks feature allows you to create dynamic, easy-to-navigate content libraries on your app by letting Members filter through items based on tags. This setup is similar to our 'Search Filters' feature but is specifically designed for both dynamic and manually added content blocks, giving you more control over how your content is displayed.
How to Set Up Filter Content Blocks
Add a Content Block: Start by adding a content block to your app. You can either add content manually or set up a dynamic content block.
Enable Display Filters: Click on the content block to open the settings in the righthand sidebar. Look for the 'Display Filters' section and enable it by clicking the checkbox.
Select Tags: Assign tags to your content filters, such as 'Breakfast', 'Lunch', or 'Dinner'. These tags will be used as filter options for users to navigate through the content block.
Customize Filter Options: You can customize the tags that appear as filter options by adding or removing tags as needed. The filter bar will display all tags, as well as an 'All' option to view all items at once.
Preview and Test: After setting up, preview your app to ensure the filters are working as expected. Members will now be able to filter the content displayed based on the tags you've set.
