With Movement’s Base plan or above, you can add teammates as admins, editors, or viewers of your app. The decision on which of these to choose depends on their roles, responsibilities, and required level of access. Here's a general guide:
Add Teammate
To add a new teammate to your app/s, you'll navigate to your account page in the Movement Admin. (Sidebar > Account ). Then from your account profile page , go to the ‘Teammates’ tab.
Click the purple “Add Teammate” button in the top right.
From here you will be taken to the New Teammate Page.
Here you can input the details of the new teammate, choose their role and select which app/s they have permissions for in your account.
When to Add an Admin
You should consider adding someone as an admin if they're taking a leadership or management role within your project or team.
This could be a project manager, team lead, or any role where there's a need to have oversight and control over the entire app, including content editing and member management.
Admins should be trusted individuals since they have the power to invite new teammates.
When to Add an Editor
You should consider adding someone as an editor if they're primarily responsible for creating, updating, or deleting content on the app.
This could be content creators, writers, designers, or anyone else who needs to work directly with the app's content but doesn't need to manage members.
This role is suitable for most teammates involved in the day-to-day creation and maintenance of the app's content.
When to Add a ViewerYou should consider adding someone as a viewer if they need to monitor the app's progress and review content but aren't directly involved in creating, editing, or managing the app.
This could be stakeholders, clients, external advisors, or teammates who need to stay informed about the app but don't need to change its content.

Removing a Teammate
