Collections & Libraries
Updated over a month ago

This guide will run you through our collections and libraries features, which allow you to organise and categorise content within your app, as well as share content across multiple apps

But first … What are Tags?

Tags are descriptive identifiers that you can attach to any page or content. Think of tags as digital sticky notes. They provide a more efficient way to group your content into easily searchable and accessible categories within your app. We recommend exploring our Tags Guide for further information. Tagged content can be also be used to automatically populate dynamic content blocks.

In general, we recommend organising your content with Tags. If you’d like to share content between multiple apps under one account, you can use Collections & Libraries to achieve this.

Collections

Collections were designed to organise content within a single app. They help with structuring and categorising your content so you can easily find it when adding it to a page or program.

Accessing Collections

To access 'Collections', navigate to Create > Content then select the ‘Collections’ tab.

Creating Collections

To create your first collection:

  1. Hit the ‘Create Collection’ button.

  2. Give the Collection a Title, e.g. ‘Running Workouts’.

3. Hit ’Save Changes’

4. Click the '‘+Add Content’ button to begin adding content to your collection.

5. You can add as much content as you like to a collection.

6. Content within a Collection (or the entire Collection itself) can be added to content blocks by clicking on the content block, hitting ‘+Add Content’, then navigating to the ‘My Collections’ tab.

Libraries

Libraries are primarily designed for sharing content between apps. This feature is especially useful if you’re managing multiple apps and need to maintain consistent content across them.

Creating Libraries

To create a content library, you’ll first need to create a Collection, following the same steps from earlier in this guide. Once you’ve created a Collection that you’d like to turn into a Library, all you'll need to do is scroll down and toggle on 'Turn into content library' then hit 'Save Changes'.

Accessing Libraries

To access your Libraries, navigate to the Create > Content then click on the ‘Libraries’ tab. If you are managing multiple apps under the one account, these libraries will show up on every one of your apps. This makes libraries a powerful tool for sharing content between your apps.
