Accessing the Program Calendar
When creating or editing a program/course, you'll find the calendar scheduling option in the top left, above the Page tree:
From here you can drag and drop pages from the tree to schedule them, or click a date to add content as part of the program
Calendar Modes
There are three distinct modes for scheduling program content, each serving different purposes:
1. Rolling Calendar
This mode shows content on fixed calendar dates that are the same for all members. When a member joins the program:
Content appears on specific calendar dates
All members see the same schedule regardless of join date
Perfect for programs where content should appear on exact dates for everyone, for example weekly workouts
2. Relative Range
This mode allows you to schedule content relative to when a member starts their program:
Content appears based on program day number (e.g., "Day 1", "Day 3", etc)
Each member's schedule starts from their join date
Perfect for programs where content should follow a specific sequence for each member
3. Start on Date
This mode is for programs with fixed start dates:
All members see the same calendar dates
Perfect for cohort-based courses or synchronized group programs
Ensures everyone progresses through the program together
Content scheduled this way will only appear on a member's calendar after they have joined the program or course.
Working with content on the calendar
Resizing scheduled content
You can simply hover any scheduled item, and drag the handle that appears on the right to make your content span multiple days
βMoving on content on the calendar. Simply click and drag to move content on the calendar, doing so will update the related pages schedule and keep everything in sync!
Note: When moving content around on the calendar Movement will automatically place the item into a relevant parent. This is a super handy feature that means you can keep your program neatly organised when using the Calendar view:
