  1. Navigate to a workout, article or meal, exercise etc.

    Tap the calendar icon 📅 in the top right to schedule the workout

  2. Click a date from the calendar that pops up

    Tap done.

  3. Tap ‘Add to Schedule’.

Rescheduling:

  1. Head to Your Schedule

    Navigate to any date with the scheduled content

  2. Tap the ‘…’ three dots next to the scheduled content piece

    You’ll see a pop up to reschedule, duplicate to another day or remove from schedule.

  3. Select one of the actions and you’re done!
