You also do not have to worry about your app performance changing or slowing down based on the amount of content you include.

In terms of max file sizes per upload, the limits are as follows for creators uploading content to their app:

Video: 50 GB

Audio: 5GB
​
PDF: 250MB
​
For your app members, the maximum video size that can be sent in messages and feeds is 50mb by default.
