Adding new members gives you the chance to share your app with your existing network. You can add members one at a time or bulk import (available on the pro plan) via a CSV. Members can receive a custom email from you to welcome them and prompt them to set up an account on your app.
How to add a single member
To import a single member navigate to the ‘Engage’ tab of the builder.
Click the ‘+ Add Member’ button at the top, and you’ll see a dropdown appear to ‘Add New Member’.
Add your members name, email and a personal message and they will be notified via email that they have been added and to finish setting up their account.
How to import a list
To bulk import your members via a CSV, navigate to the ‘Engage’ tab of the builder.
Click the ‘+ Add Member’ button at the top, and you’ll see a dropdown appear to ‘Import Members’. If you’re on a Pro plan or above, you can click to drag & drop your list in or browse your files.
Create your members list via a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. We have included a template Google Sheets doc you can duplicate to use.
You must add a name and email to the CSV for it to import successfully.
Once your list has uploaded, you will be notified of how many members were added and can optionally include a personalized welcome message.
