To update your existing bank account details, head to the Movement admin and then click on Account > Payment settings > View Stripe Dashboard.

In the Stripe dashboard, click the 'โ๏ธ' (Settings) icon in the top right and then under Business Settings, click Bank accounts and Currencies.
From here you should be able to change the bank account that is on file. Here is a helpful article from Stripe that explains how to do this.
