We utilize Rewardful to manage and process commissions and payments for our Referral Program. Below is a brief guide on how the payouts work, including the timelines for pending and due commissions.
Commission Pending Period
Pending Duration: Rewardful places a 30-day pending period on the funds to account for potential refunds and disputes.
Purpose: This ensures that all transactions are verified and stable before commissions are considered payable.
Commission Due Period
Due Duration: Commissions are set to become due after 60 days from the initial referral transaction.
Reason: This additional time accounts for any necessary refunds or adjustments, ensuring the accuracy and fairness of the payout process.
Example
Scenario: If a referral transaction occurs on March 20, the payment will become 'due' on May 19.
Payout Schedule
Processing Date: Any due commissions are processed on the first of every month.
Payment: Affiliates will receive their due commissions on the 1st of the month after the 60 day period has passed.
Joining the Referral Program
