HOW MEMBERS CAN SELF-SCHEDULE:
Navigate to a workout, article or meal, exercise etc.
Tap the calendar icon 📅 in the top right to schedule the workout
Click a date from the calendar that pops up
Tap done.
Tap ‘Add to Schedule’.
HOW MEMBERS CAN RESCHEDULE:
Head to Your Schedule
Navigate to any date with the scheduled content
Tap the ‘…’ three dots next to the scheduled content piece
You’ll see a pop up to reschedule, duplicate to another day or remove from schedule.
Select one of the actions and you’re done!
